Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan (Tien Wang Pu Hsin Wan, Emperor Tea) is a Yuan Dynasty (1279-1368AD) formula that nurtures the blood and the yin of the Heart and calms the spirit. Useful for insomnia, restlessness, anxiety, irritability, poor concentration, short-term memory loss, palpitations, and dream-disturbed sleep. There may be constipation or dry throat. Take eight pills three times a day.
