Geranium has an earthy scent that's said to soothe the emotions and focus the mind.
Suggested use: make an uplifting massage oil by adding 5 to 10 drops essential oil to one ounce of grapeseed oil (buy grapeseed oil at your local healthfood store) or to Palmarosa oil.
Some aromatherapy uses of Geranium Oil include: small wounds and burns, anxiety, stress, menopausal and menstrual symptoms, athlete's foot, eczema, shingles, sore throat, mouth ulcers, insect stings and bites, headaches, hemorrhoids.
