China Tung Hsueh invigorates the Blood, Moves Qi, Nourishes Blood, Tonifies Liver and Kidneys, Warms the Yang, Alleviates Pain. Good for muscle and joint pain associated with arthritis, lumbar strain, tendinitis, fibromyalgia, joint pain, soft tissue injuries due to sports or trauma. Also effective for Blood stagnation due to Die Da
(traumatic injury) or chronic pain due to old injuries presenting with
pain, swelling, bruising, and injured tendons and bones. Contains: Angelica sinensis root (Dang gui), Boswellia carterii resin (Ru xiang),
Commiphora myrrha resin (Mo yao), Inula helenium root (Tu mu xiang), Salvia miltiorrhiza root (Dan
shen),
Cinnamomum cassia bark (Rou gui), Rehmannia glutinosa root-prep (Shu di huang), Dipsacus
asperoides root (Xu duan), Daemonorops draco resin (Xue jie), Corydalis yanhusuo rhizome (Yan hu suo),
Styrax tonkinensis (An xi xiang).
Dosage: 4-6 pills, up to three times per day
Cautions: Contraindicated during pregnancy, or with
hemorrhagic disorders. Use with caution during heavy menstrual
bleeding. Use with caution for conditions due to Yin deficiency or
excess heat. Use with caution in patients on anti-coagulant therapy.
